Today, Eugene and I attended a press check at Pix Palette to approve printing Eugene's first promotional marketing postcard which was designed by yours truly. Eugene was all a-twitter like the father of a new-born baby.

Wirbelstürm von Hatzenbühl, der Katze. The origin of my username. Never before had the world beheld such a magnificent creature as this one. And it quite possibly never will again. Dead serious. And no, I'm not one of those cutesy-kitty-kat lovers that buys all sorts of cutesy crap for their cat. This kat was a loyal kamerad. And a lifesaver in more ways than one.

Schlocky blog templates...please bear with me.
I know, I know...yuck. But considering I set up this blog in about 3 hours from start to finish, I'd say it's a pretty decent first-attempt. Not that anyone's even reading it yet! I plan to keep making entries and populate the blog with content of all sorts, but at the moment this is more of a trial run at building blogs for me.
Anyway, I'll be back soon...and we'll see if I have anything noteworthy to jot down. I'm sure you'll all be chomping at the bit for my random utterances so I'll try to make it good.
Time to come up with content pronto!
Well, at long last, my first blog is born. I entitled it "Interminable Prattlings" because I am of the personal opinion that that is precisely what most blogs contain. Prattle. Interminable, insufferable, egotistical, mind-numbing prattle. About people and things and happenings that we couldn't give less of a thought to unless we had nothing better to do. People prattle on and on about topics that are seemingly taken straight from conversations we all have when we are talking to ourselves.
But once in a while you find that blog that speaks to you. That addresses problems you've had. That teaches you something. Or maybe it just makes you laugh. Hopefully this will become one of those blogs...not necessarily in that order, of course.
